Our people
Our people are the most valuable thing we have in our company. We pamper every colleague, we know what he enjoys and what he doesn't like, and we try to make working with us also a hobby. Behind every product and every service we provide is the effort of our people. Below we introduce three colleagues in the management of the company in more detail, but since work is not the only thing that makes a person alive, on this page we will also publish links to various actions or events outside of our working life.
Leadership
Our company is headed by a three-member management, ensuring complete operation, development, sales and employee care.
Petr Stříbný – Chief Executive Officer
Petr has been with the company since the beginning, he was involved in all major decisions and even now he is our captain who determines the company's strategy. When running the company, he tries to maintain a friendly and family atmosphere where each of us matters. This brings the right results.
His great passion is sports, if you don't meet him on his bike, just wait for him during his lunch break in front of the company when he finishes his lunch run. For sports, he has already managed to tear down more than one of us, so we often go on bike rides in the surrounding hills in company jerseys, almost as if we were riding a time trial at the Tour de France.
David Švingr - Business Operations Director
David runs a business with us, he has an overview of every order from the offer, through the contract to the implementation and final delivery of the finished work. He tirelessly takes care of our customers, discusses their ideas with them and tries to turn them into a specific assignment so that the resulting product relieves our customers and helps them in their work. During the implementation of projects, he communicates with them and tries to explain our approach to the solution and address the comments that arise during the course. His goal is always one - to make our customer happy. And as you can see, he is doing very well, most of our customers have been working with us for many years.
He likes to spend his free time in the mountains, whether with skis on his feet or just with a backpack on a mountain hike or cycling, the mountain air does him good. However, when he descends into the valley between us and we go out for sports together and then sit down, you can be sure that you will not miss him, he will definitely be the biggest entertainer at the table, who pulls one joke after another out of his pocket.
Vlastislav Auer – Technical Director
Vlasta is our technical director who makes sure every day that our products and services are perfect and that we deliver only the best to our customers. He takes care of the architectural purity of our software solutions and keeps a close eye on the development of our applications. Colleagues consult with him both on their decisions and also when problems arise during development. He is a mentor to many of us and his office door is always open to everyone.
He takes pleasure in Eastern martial arts, so in the afternoon he can be seen at training where he enthusiastically practices forms or hones the control of the saber and spear. When the wind blows well on the weekend, he takes the yacht out for a ride on "Prígl" (Brno dam), and when it doesn't blow, he reads his favorite sci-fi and fantasies on the shore. In the evening, over a glass of rum, you can discuss sails and ships as well as the three laws of robotics and one ring with him.
