Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Transport has entrusted us with the management of the National Information System on Timetables, which brings together information from all carriers in the Czech Republic that operate public transport.
As part of the delivery, we have developed and have been operating an application for a long time that serves to submit timetables to carriers for approval and ensures the entire approval process by the Ministry of Transport.
Consolidated timetables are publicly available to all registered users.

Thanks to the data in the CIS JŘ, we operate the largest nationwide connection search engine IDOS.cz, which is used every day by hundreds of thousands of users looking for a way to their destination or buying tickets directly. In a year, we will mediate the sale of tickets for all carriers in a total volume significantly exceeding CZK 1.5 billion.
Správa železnic, s.o.
At railway stations in the Czech Republic, we have successfully implemented a system for providing information to passengers, who learn about departures, arrivals and emergencies from loudspeakers and large information boards in the departure halls.
Our INISS system operates at more than 80% of train stations in the Czech Republic.
České dráhy a.s.
České dráhy is our valued customer, for whom we provide development of a wide range of everyday systems.
We have supplied the customer eShop and the ČD check-in system, which allows passengers to book and purchase tickets. The solution also includes complete sophisticated fare pricing algorithms and ensures passenger check-in at ticket offices and train crews within the ČD network.
We have also developed software for stationary and mobile ticket vending machines.
Our workshop also produces the customer In-karta, which is used by passengers to obtain discounts and make payments. We provide the complete life cycle of cards and individual card products and supply control equipment for conductors. More information about the In-karta solution.
Last but not least, we are developing an audiovisual information system on trains so that passengers can receive important transport information in a timely manner.
Österreichische Bundesbahnen
The Austrian national carrier Österreichische Bundesbahnen chose our solution in 2019 as the successor to the German EPA reservation system for comprehensive reservation management and ticket sales via their website.
We launched the entire reservation system in October 2020, and since then, passengers have been booking tens of thousands of tickets and seats every day.
Regional transport organizers
ROPID – Regionální organizátor pražské integrované dopravy
The transport system of the Prague agglomeration, which is connected to the suburban lines of the Central Bohemian Region, is the largest in the Czech Republic.
We are therefore very proud that the timetable planning for the entire Prague integrated transport is prepared by ROPID using our SOCRET tool. Hundreds of thousands of passengers in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region will thus arrive on time every day where they need to be.
KORDIS JMK, a.s.
As part of the integrated transport system in the South Moravian Region, the KORDIS coordinator plans timetables thanks to our SOCRET system.
The system allows you to plan the transport serviceability of a large area and at the same time take into account connections to the public transport lines in Brno, where they plan their timetables using the same tool, so integration is much easier.

Dopravní podnik hl.m. Prahy a.s.
The Prague Public Transport Company has been planning Prague timetables for many years with the help of our SOCRET software solution.
It can thus quickly construct timetables for all tram and bus lines, including connections, and at the same time optimize the deployment of transport vehicles and drivers.
Dopravní podnik města Brna a.s.
In Brno, we have successfully deployed and are maintaining our SOCRET product, which helps the Brno City Transport Company create timetables.
The system creates timetables for individual bus, tram and trolleybus lines, the circulation of vehicles and the provision of drivers and other service personnel.
Dopravní podnik Ostrava a.s.
Ostrava's public transport operates according to timetables planned by the Ostrava Public Transport Company in our SOCRET information system, as well as the circulation plans of trams, buses and trolleybuses and a sufficient number of drivers in the right depots.

We provide development and maintenance of internal information systems for our parent company, including their development and adaptation to new requirements and legal regulations.
ČSAD SVT Praha s.r.o.
We have developed a reservation system for regular bus services for ČSAD SVT and we also provide its long-term maintenance and development.
Thanks to the system, passengers can buy a ticket and a seat reservation for any service within the Czech Republic at bus stations.
