Product description

Electronic timetables of rail, bus, air and urban public transportation.

IDOS allows:

• work with timetables of various transport types,
• search for optimal connection with transfers while respecting time limits for trips,
• search for the next/previous connection,
• obtain detailed information about connections,
• obtain information about departures/arrivals,
• displaying timetable by station for data files with public transportation-type timetables,
• printing of information,
• setting of search parameters,
• searching for a connection for a general date (weekday, no restriction, etc.),
• detailed setting of search parameters (e.g. including the option to search by specific requirements such as "for passengers using wheelchairs", "transport of bicycles", etc. - depending on the specific timetable),
• selection of the print output (export to HTML, RTF, TXT or direct print on the printer),
• displaying of the found connection in a schematic map.

All timetables are linked, which means that the following is defined in them:

• possible transfer points,
• walking distances at points of transfer,
• possible assignment of stations to towns and city districts.

IDOS allows searching in the linked timetables for combined connections with a simultaneous use of connections from several different timetables.
