System description
The core of the In-karta card system is an online application called Blue Card Portal which provides lifecycle management of the cards (Card Management System).
Properties of the application and related subsystems:
- comprehensive administration of card lifecycle,
- registration of holders, requests, cards,
- production of cards including graphics management,
- records on blacklists, applications on the card,
- complaint process,
- duplicates and related cards,
- helpdesk,
- anonymisation of personal data,
- messaging to card holders,
- sales and control of traffic applications, tickets,
- electronic wallet used with other carriers,
- bonus program,
- support for smart cards of other carriers (integrated transport systems),
- interactive portal for holders of In-karta cards.
