System description
The core of the In-karta card system is an online application called Blue Card Portal which provides lifecycle management of the cards (Card Management System).
Properties of the application and related subsystems:
- comprehensive administration of card lifecycle,
- registration of holders, requests, cards,
- production of cards including graphics management,
- records on blacklists, applications on the card,
- complaint process,
- duplicates and related cards,
- helpdesk,
- anonymisation of personal data,
- messaging to card holders,
- sales and control of traffic applications, tickets,
- electronic wallet used with other carriers,
- bonus program,
- support for smart cards of other carriers (integrated transport systems),
- interactive portal for holders of In-karta cards.
Points of sale:
- serviced cash registers,
- eShop,
- automatic devices,
- portable cash registers.
Outputs:
- statistics, analyses - e.g. sales, controls,
- export into external systems and devices - access and personnel systems,
- tools for comprehensive system administration,
- system safety,
- key management (use of the hardware security module),
- administration of access and connected devices,
- evaluation of performed operations with the card.

- smart cards Mifare DESFire, Mifare Standard,
- SQL databases and Microsoft development platforms,
- supported browsers - Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Opera, Firefox.
Product In-karta was developed exclusively to order according to the specifics of the particular implementation. It is not provided by ordinary users or not provided as demo version.
